Our Team
Merrill Kaliser, is the Shareholder and founder. He was born in Augusta, Georgia and raised in Dallas, Texas. He attended the University of Texas for his undergraduate degree and received his Juris Doctorate from Washington University School of Law in 1999. He joined Gardere as a national and international corporate bankruptcy and restructuring lawyer. After 4 years of extensive experience in some of the largest bankruptcies and workouts in the history of our country, Merrill left Gardere for a boutique firm that had a significant focus on commercial restructuring and workouts. In 2008, Merrill became a sole practitioner where his primary focus was corporate, real estate and creditor representation. Over the years Merrill has refined his practice to focus on corporate representation, commercial real estate, SEC syndications, acquisitions and mergers, and venture capital/business start-ups. He has successfully launched three private equity funds that have raised over $50MM in funds to purchase single family residential portfolios throughout Texas and the country. He oversees and manages two of these funds along with a property management company.
Merrill is admitted to the Missouri and Texas Bar . He is also admitted to practice before the Texas Federal District Courts for the Northern and Southern District. He is a member of the MS Foundation and AIPAC.

Greg is a partner at Kaliser & Associates, PC. His practice involves counseling clients on a variety of matters including corporate, real estate, and securities transactions. He has a broad range of experience working in corporate law, securities law, sports law, and family law. Graduating in May of 2015 from St. Mary’s University School of Law, Greg served as a staff writer for the St. Mary’s Law Journal and as a research assistant for Professor David Grenardo.
Greg is admitted to the Texas Bar. He is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, Securities Section.
